Rule application and other conditions
- All passengers must present a valid international passport and other travel documents at physical sales, check-in and boarding gates.
- Physical check-in begins 3 hours prior to the scheduled Flight departure and closes 1hr before scheduled Flight departure. Boarding on all flights closes 15 mins before Flight departure. Online check in begins 24hours prior to scheduled flight departure and closes 3 hours prior to flight schedule departure.
- Baggage Allowance in Economy Class is 30kg, premium 35kg with the dimension of the cabin luggage as 27L 26w 25h, Baggage in excess of the specified weight is subject to a fee of N1200 per kilogram to be paid at the Airport.
- Infants pay 10% of the adult ticket fare in all Classes and is entitled to a maximum of 5kg of luggage. This infant luggage can be checked-in or used as carry on Cabin baggage.
- Each Adult or Child passenger is allowed to carry only one piece of hand luggage weighing not more than 8kg in Economy class.
- All cancellations modifications and No-show charges will be as per the fare conditions for the selected fare class.
- Pregnant women are required to present a medical report certifying them fit to fly while pregnancy carriage limit on Sky master flights is 28 weeks.
- Tickets are Non Refundable.
- Tickets are valid for 1 year from when the ticket was purchased but are subject to modification fees if applicable.
- Payment MUST be made before the expiration of your reservation. Please make allowance for 30 minutes minimum, before the expiration time, for the bank to process your payment.
- Also note all check in luggage must be wrapped to avoid pilfering, spillage, smuggling, to prevent damage and keep the luggage dry.

Changes permited anytime before and after departure
Charge 20% of the base fare for economy discount
Charge 15% of the base fare for premium economy
In case of no shows
charge 35% of the base fare for economy discount
Charge 30% of the base fare for premium economy
Cancellation
Cancellation within 24hrs of departure charge 15% of the base fare and after departure the no show fee applies.
No show condition
No show is considered when a passenger fail to show up before the close of check-in counter. No show fee is not commissionable
Penalty fee is not commissionable, reissue/revalidation/upgrades are not commissionable
a change in date/flight/routing, change fee applies per passenger/
transaction.

REROUTING
Rerouting to a sector with equal or higher class is permitted by collecting fare
difference and applicable rebooking fee.
Upgrades - applicable only if changes are permitted.
1.upgrades to higher fare in the same cabin.
recalculate the fare from the point of origin provided the fare rule conditions of the higher fare are met. collect the fare difference and change fee. if the upgraded ticket is subsequently cancelled the original charge will apply.
2.upgrades to higher fare in a higher cabin.
recalculate the fare from the point of origin provided the fare rule conditions of the higher fare are met. collect the fare difference. change fee is waived for upgrade to higher cabin if travel is same date otherwise the change fee will apply .
if the upgraded ticket is subsequently cancelled the original charge will apply.
